100% organic conversion

The Clean Carbon Conversion patented system uses a closed reactor where Ultra High Temperatures (typically around 1100 - 1300 C) are electrically induced and it is this application of heat that causes the break down of all organic materials into their individual elements.

These free elements then reform as a Syngas which is collected and used to produce electricity using the related multi-fuel turbine.

The use of ultra high temperatures renders all materials to zero toxicity thus allowing the UHTH system to process all types of Municipal, Hazardous, Infectious, Dangerous and Toxic waste.

All non-organics are expelled as a simple basalt rock type substance which is Inert, Non-Leachable and Completely Safe. This rock can be used for construction and related projects.

As the UHTH process is conducted in a Zero oxygen environment, there is No Burning and No Chimney Stack and No Emissions.

Where as other processes need to reduce or control heat the UHTH system desires the heat and maximises its availability to produce electricity as a second supporting energy conversion process.

Using Off-Heat energy collection system the UHTH system produces electricity directly from the expelled/collected heat.
